Your society sets the per-kWh rate in collaboration with Prise, as part of the Annual Maintenance Contract. Residents see this rate displayed clearly before confirming any booking — no hidden charges or last-minute surprises.
The Annual Maintenance Contract is the partnership agreement between Prise and your residential society. It covers charger selection and installation, platform licensing, billing and payment infrastructure, RFID card issuance, and ongoing maintenance and support — everything needed to run the service smoothly.
Prise works with all major EV brands in India — Tata, MG, Hyundai, Kia, BYD, and others. Our chargers support standard AC Type 2 connectors, covering the vast majority of EVs on Indian roads. We'll assess your residents' vehicle mix during onboarding to recommend the right hardware.
The app is the primary interface for booking and starting sessions. However, every Prise member also receives a physical RFID backup card that works at any charger on the society's Prise network — so you can always charge, even without your phone nearby.
